Fatmata Koroma-Bangoura,, RN, MPH is Chair and Co-founder of Kushe’ Magazine. She is the Founder and CEO of Therapeutic Interventions Inc., www.therapeuticinterventionsinc.com, a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC that provides communities with information leadership, education, entrepreneurship, health, and strategies to enhance the quality of life for minorities and individuals in the African Diaspora Community and minority community.She conducts seminars, workshop, and conferences for young ladies and girls several times a year for the Women and Girls Leadership and Empowerment Initiative under her organization. The workshops provide education on women development, empowerment, career building, health and wellness education, and leadership skills to young ladies, girls, and women.She is also Founder/Director of the Miss Culture USA Pageant. The Miss Culture USA Pageant has been in existence since 2015, giving women the vision, platform and opportunity to inspire the world through their intelligence, integrity, and leadership abilities.By trade, Fatmata is a healthcare professional providing compassionate and professional care to patients of all medical conditions. She specializes in epidemiology, health education, and quality of health issues in the community.Fatmata has a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a specialty in Epidemiology from Kaplan University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation Therapy and Allied Health Sciences from Howard University in Washington, DC and a Nursing Degree from the University of the District of Columbia. Fatmata Koroma is Executive Producer and Host of Community Highlights Talk Show.

Sheri A. Sesay-Tuffour, Ph.D., CAE, is an executive professional in association management where she has committed over twenty-years to serving mission-centric organizations. As Vice President of Business Operations, she is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial and business operations, including ensuring the integrity of accounting processes, internal controls, budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting. Her professional acumen extends to developing and implementing comprehensive organizational strategies, policies, and procedures to reinforce business objectives. Sheri also leads an organizational-wide talent management and team-based project management strategy. She is adept at maximizing organizational resources and human capital to achieve optimal results.Before her current post, Sheri served as executive director for a cardiovascular credentialing group leading their business strategy, finance, and operations. She is a Certified Association Executive who earned a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Psychology/Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP); a lifetime inductee of Yale University’s Edward Bouchet Graduate Honor Society for outstanding scholarly achievement; and was awarded a certificate of distinction for successful completion of the 2015 TCSPP Preparing Future Faculty Program. Sheri holds a Master of Public Administration from Trinity University of Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Communications from West Virginia State University.Sheri has professional affiliations with the American Society of Association Executives, Executive Leadership Council, Society for Human Resource Management, Center for Creative Leadership, and Project Management Institute. Beyond academic and professional acumen, Sheri remains highly engaged in community affairs. She is chief editor of Kushe’ Magazine, an online publication focused on the progressive actions of the African people. For the Government of the District of Columbia’s Mayor’s Office on African Affairs, Sheri served as an annual grant reviewer and evaluator of IRS-registered programs that support the Mayor’s top priorities. As a member of Sister Mentors, she is engaged in the mentoring of school-aged girls and she coaches aspiring women doctoral candidates to help them advance in their academic journey.
